The Rockets have certainly improved as December comes to a close, winners of 7 of their last 10, including a big win against the Thunder on Christmas, but still the Rockets front office is looking to improve. Per Shams Charania of The Athletic, Houston’s front office has shown interest in Atlanta Hawks shooting guard Kent Bazemore. Bazemore currently averaging 14.0 PPG, 3.9 RPG, 2.6 APG to go along with 1.7 STL and 1 BPG, would certainly help the Rocket’s defensive woes, that was depleted with the offseason losses of Trevor Ariza and Mbah a Moute. It remains to be seen what the Rockets front office would be willing to offer the Hawk’s front office for Bazemore but at this moment it is a waiting game to see if Houston will indeed pursue Bazemore’s services.
