Per Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, the Chicago Bulls are trading shooting guard Justin Holiday to the Memphis Grizzlies for Marshon Brooks, Wayne Selden, and two second-round draft picks. Holiday has been the buzz of trade rumors the past week, so it’s no surprise to see him out of Chicago. Brooks the former 25th overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft has underachieved so far in his NBA career. The same can be said for Selden, coming out of college undrafted, as his professional career hasn’t managed to be up to par. Hopefully, with the new change of scenery, both can progress further in their careers. As for Holiday, he joins a Grizzlies team that is looking to compete in the West and were in search of a good 3-and-D type player. We will keep you updated if any more news develops.
